Mobile detailing provides Mobile Car Detailing, Interior Car Detailing, Exterior Car Detailing, Full Car Detailing, Deep Interior Cleaning, Mobile Car Wash, Suv Detailing, Truck Detailing and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Get Fresh & Shine Wash LLC. Mobile detailing or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

No Warranties. Get Fresh & Shine Wash LLC. Mobile detailing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Get Fresh & Shine Wash LLC. Mobile detailing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Get Fresh & Shine Wash LLC. Mobile detailing against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Modifications. Get Fresh & Shine Wash LLC. Mobile detailing may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
